In three words: innovative, leveraging, empowering.
Want to lead innovation, build a real venture, and turn an idea into a living, thriving ecosystem? Great. That's exactly what we're here for.
t:lead / beyon-d is a pre-acceleration program that combines leadership, entrepreneurship, and technology — from inspiration and vision, through business model and UX development, all the way to meeting investors and the moment of truth on stage.
The program is designed for young people of all backgrounds and is not limited to students. It is aimed first and foremost at members of the Druze and Circassian communities, driven by a desire to strengthen entrepreneurial leadership within these communities — but is open to anyone who wishes to take part in a meaningful journey of growth, impact, and action.
Participants go through a full hands-on process: developing an entrepreneurial mindset (Growth Mindset), forming a team and building the DNA for success, creating a business plan, learning about legal aspects and intellectual property, branding and user experience, and preparing to pitch in front of senior industry figures. The learning combines theory, practical tools, professional mentorship, and direct connection to the entrepreneurial ecosystem — to turn vision into reality.
