t:skills, the soft skills program for entrepreneurship, works to impart to as many Technion audiences, students, faculty members, employees and Technion graduates as possible, skills and personal skills that are the basis of entrepreneurial thinking and behavior. These skills and abilities that t:skills imparts, were not part of the scientific and technological training until now, but are today a key to the integration and success of the graduates in the knowledge-intensive industries and the business sector. Acquiring personal skills for success ("soft skills"), drives participants to actualize entrepreneurial thinking and behavior, to reach their personal potential in the labor market and in their personal lives and to develop a unique value.
