Power Skills Program for Entrepreneurship
In short:
t:skills, the Power Skills program for entrepreneurship, works to impart to as many Technion audiences, students, faculty members, employees and Technion graduates as possible, skills and personal skills that are the basis of entrepreneurial thinking and behavior.
These skills and abilities that t:skills imparts, were not part of the scientific and technological training until now, but are today a key to the integration and success of the graduates in the knowledge-intensive industries and the business sector.
Acquiring personal skills for success ("Power Skills"), drives participants to actualize entrepreneurial thinking and behavior, to reach their personal potential in the labor market and in their personal lives and to develop a unique value.

Communication styles
Wednesday | 10.12.25 | 16:20
Imagine four people looking out a window together - each seeing completely different things.
One sees a big picture - trees, landscape, mountains and birds. The second looks and immediately notices that the window frame is dirty. The third looks and thinks to himself - how does this window work? Why was it placed here? And the fourth doesn't look at the window at all, but looks at the other three and wonders what they are looking at.
Which type do you most identify with?
In the workshop we will examine our dominant communication styles, explore how we can work more fluently and effectively with people with different communication styles, and conduct an interview in light of the styles we discovered.
