t:hub’s Entrepreneurship Delegation in New York 🇺🇸
Eight entrepreneurial students from the Technion - all participants in t:hub’s BizTEC and Sumba programs – joined us for an unforgettable week of innovation, learning, and connection in New York City.
Together with two team members from t:hub, we set out for a focused entrepreneurship seminar in the city that never stops creating.
During the week, we visited Cornell Tech University, one of NYC’s leading hubs for tech and innovation, where we took part in hands-on workshops, engaging lectures and inspiring discussions. We also made time to explore the vibrant streets and skyline of this extraordinary city.
Throughout the week, we operated like real New York entrepreneurs - scheduling meetings in skyscrapers, reaching out to contacts through LinkedIn, and immersing ourselves in the fast-paced, deal-making spirit of the city.
The highlight of the trip was a festive pitch competition held in collaboration with the American Technion Society. Each of the eight student teams presented their ventures to a diverse audience of entrepreneurs, investors, academics and community leaders. The post-pitch mingling led to meaningful connections and exciting new opportunities.
Congratulations to the winning teams – and best of luck to all the amazing students who took part. Watching you turn ideas into action is truly inspiring.
At t:hub, we’re proud to be a nurturing home for early-stage startups. There’s nothing more fulfilling than seeing ventures born within our programs go on to grow, scale, get acquired and make real impact in the world
