In addition, the complexity of the ecosystem requires a significant amount of cross disciplanary capabilities which might not all be available internaly.

The program allows the discovery of different aspects in the industrial and business world – facing and proposing solutions to its actual problems, it also shows the necessary values and drivers of a successful person.

The program is built according to the case study methodology. This methodology includes personal study for case analysis, and plenary sessions for case solution and discussion among the group.

Israeli hi-tech: how to lead globally

The course reviews the Israeli hi-tech sector: its structure, internal dynamics, strengths and weaknesses, and the macroeconomic forces that shape it. Next, the government policies and the measures it may take to preserve the sector’s leading global position are presented. Lastly, the course discusses the sector’s current and future challenges.
